1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging the services of GrowthContentLab (hereinafter "the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all content strategy, growth marketing, and related services provided from Via Madama Cristina 45, 10125 Torino, Italy.

2. Scope of Services

GrowthContentLab provides integrated content ecosystems, tactical distribution workflows, and performance-led storytelling assets. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are defined in individual project proposals or Statements of Work (SOW) agreed upon by both parties.

3. Payment Terms

• Invoices are issued according to the payment schedule defined in the project SOW
• Payment is due within 14 calendar days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments incur a statutory interest rate of 8% per annum under Italian Civil Code Art. 1224
• All prices are quoted in EUR and are exclusive of VAT where applicable
• Work may be paused if payment is overdue by more than 21 days

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all deliverables created specifically for the client become the client's intellectual property. GrowthContentLab retains the right to display work in portfolios and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies used during delivery remain the property of GrowthContentLab.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement for a period of 24 months.

6. Limitation of Liability

GrowthContentLab's total liability under any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits or business interruption.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Any advance payments for uncompleted work will be refunded proportionally within 30 days.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Italy. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Turin (Torino), Italy, unless the parties agree to mediation under EU Directive 2008/52/EC.

1. General Policy

GrowthContentLab is committed to delivering high-quality content strategy and growth marketing services. We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis, considering the nature of the service, the stage of delivery, and the terms defined in the project Statement of Work (SOW).

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Services have not commenced and cancellation is made within 48 hours of payment
• Deliverables materially differ from the specifications agreed in the SOW
• Services cannot be delivered due to circumstances within GrowthContentLab's control
• Duplicate payments made in error

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

• Work already completed and delivered according to the SOW specifications
• Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (advertising spend, stock assets, software licenses)
• Consultation fees for time already delivered
• Cancellations made after work has commenced without cause

4. Refund Process

• Submit a refund request via email to [email protected] with your project reference and reason
• We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days
• We will review and respond with a resolution within 10 business days
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days

5. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding refunds, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal dispute resolution. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Turin (Torino), Italy, in accordance with Italian law.
